HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET RESULTS WITH THE BALANCE PILLOW?
Consistency is key! Results differ from customer to customer. Some of our customers notice an immediate improvement, especially when they have a simple misalignment. For others it is more of a gradual process. Overall our products have helped 1000s of people, so we try to let the results speak for themselves.

CAN YOU USE THE BALANCE PILLOW AS AN ACTUAL PILLOW?
We suggest you put the neck stretcher on the floor or yoga mat, then lay and put your head in the middle of the foam and relax for 15 minutes. Please stick to use it twice every day for at least a week.

It is not designed to be a normal pillow for sleeping. However, over 15 minutes is okay and our customers have mentioned that they do sleep using it! It really is a personal choice. However, we suggest using the pillow on a firm flat surface.

HOW LONG WILL SHIPPING TAKE?
Shipping times are different for each country:

6-10 business days to the USA or UK
8-20 business days for international orders

WHEN WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
We usually send tracking numbers via email within 2-5 days of purchasing.
